Water & Sewer
Water, sewer, garbage and
recycling are billed by the city. You will
need to complete
an application to
set up an account. |
Water |
$3.75 per month plus $3.50
/ 1000 gallons |
Sewer 1 |
$1.25 per month base charge plus $2.50
/ 1000 gallons |
Sewer 2 |
This fee is for the water treatment
facility. $3.00 per month base charge plus $2.75 / 1000 gallons.
There is also a $3.00 per month charge for storm sewers. |
Sewer fees are based on water consumption. This means
when you use water it is assumed that you use sewer. When you water
your lawn this can add up. You may install a second meter for outside
watering so that you are charged for water only on this meter (no
sewer charges or base rate).
- Visit the city office to apply for a permit. There is a
$25.50 fee.
- Purchase a "radio read" meter from the city
office for $235.00
- Have a plumber install the meter. **Do not make
this a deduct meter** When the installation is
complete contact the city office and arrange to have the
meter sealed and inspected.
- Following inspection, contact the city to have the meter
added to your account as a "water only" meter.

occasional
extra garbage. Containers are available in the following
sizes:
- 30-gallon container - $10 per month (plus tax)
- 60-gallon container - $14 per month (plus tax)
- 90-gallon container - $18 per month (plus tax)

| |

on the rear tarmac area). The site will be open from 6 pm to 8
