The Montrose Community Center is Located at 200 Center Avenue South.
The Community Center is available to rent!
The main room is 3,764 square feet with an occupancy rate of 276. There are 25 twelve foot tables and 300 chairs available for use and included in the rental fee.
A complete kitchen is equipped with two 100-cup coffee makers and 15 servers.
Please note that linens, dishes, flatware and serving ware are supplied by the renter/caterer.
